Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Divcite AB ("Recaptr", "we"), a company registered in Sweden, covering your use of the Recaptr app and website. By using Recaptr you accept these terms.
The service
Recaptr lets you capture photos on a schedule with an alignment overlay and compile them into timelapse videos to watch and share.
Your account
You provide a valid email to create an account and are responsible for activity under it. Keep your sign-in secure.
Your content
You own the photos, projects, and timelapses you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process them solely to provide the service to you, for example to back up your photos when you enable cloud backup and to build your timelapses. You are responsible for what you capture and for having the right to capture it.
Recaptr Pro subscription
- Recaptr Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks cloud backup and additional features.
- It is sold through Google Play and billed to your Google account. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Recaptr to store or share unlawful content, do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, and do not use it to infringe anyone's rights.
Disclaimer
Recaptr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that your data will never be lost; keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divcite AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of Recaptr.
Termination
You can stop using Recaptr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
