Recaptr

Privacy policy

Last updated 24 May 2026

This policy explains what Recaptr collects, why, and the choices you have. Recaptr is operated by Divcite AB, a company registered in Sweden. For any privacy question, contact contact@recaptr.com.

What we collect and why

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, or device identifiers, and we do not track your activity across other apps or websites. We do not currently collect analytics or crash diagnostics; if that changes we will update this policy and the Play Store data-safety disclosure before doing so.

How your data is shared

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Your data is stored and processed on our behalf by Supabase, our hosting and backend provider, acting under our instructions. We disclose data only where required by law.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Access to your projects, captures, and stored photos is restricted to your account through row-level security, and cloud photos are reachable only through short-lived signed links.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual captures or whole projects in the app at any time. You can delete your entire account, and everything tied to it, from Profile in the app, or by following the steps on our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can export a copy of your photos and project data from Profile in the app. To exercise any right, use the in-app tools or email contact@recaptr.com. Because Divcite AB is based in Sweden, EU data-protection rules apply.

Children

Recaptr is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required by their local law to consent to data processing.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
